Aga Cooker Servicing

Specialising in oil and 13 amp electric aga cooker servicing, our registered engineers are qualified to undertake any repairs or maintenance that your aga cooker may require.

Our service engineer, boasting many years experience and with a vast knowledge of agas, will keep your cooker running smoothly and efficiently. We are very competitively priced with a standard service costing just £95 plus VAT.

We recommend that your aga cooker is serviced at regular intervals:

• 13 amp aga cooker – safety check and inspection every two and a half years
• Oil-fired aga cooker – every six months

Burner Replacement
We stock a vast range of burners so don't think your aga cooker is too old or beyond repair as we can usually supply any parts required.

Re-Insulation
We are very aware of the need to keep fuel bills down and emissions low, and for this reason we have developed a re-insulation service for your aga cooker.

A very high density thermal blanket replaces the original rockwool underneath the top plate, behind the door backs and inside the lids. We top up the vermiculite and replace the ropes and seals if required. We have had countless customers who have noted up to 35% saving on their running costs after having this work completed.

Boiler Removal
At one time all aga cookers heated the hot water but in recent years it has become apparent that this increases typical running costs by at least 40%. Rather than heating, what is required is a full tank of hot water all the time. Over decades boilers begin to perish and eventually leak. We therefore offer a service to remove the boiler, disconnect it from the system and re-insulate.

Aga Cooker Removal and Relocation Service
If you're moving home or would like to change the position of your aga cooker then we are here to advise and help. We can strip, pack and wrap, deliver and rebuild your aga cooker in it’s new location or store it at our workshop until you are ready to have it reinstalled.

Aga Re-insulation

• Removal of fibreglass from within the top; replacing with a new insulation blanket
• Removal of fibreglass from within lids and doors; renewing with new insulation pads
• Packing around hot / simmer spot, sealing with insulation rope
• Removal and replacement of all rope / gauze seals, renewing with modern seals
